Citizens for Garfield Heights Continues Campaign Push

Volunteers got to work right away at Wednesday’s campaign meeting for the effort to pass Issue 8, an opportunity for the community to renovate the high school athletic complex. Dale Krzynowek, who is helping to lead the campaign effort, provided volunteers with an update and summary of all of the activities that have taken place to date. In addition, volunteers then began campaigning through various outlets, most notably by phone calling. This grassroots campaign endeavor gave volunteers the chance to call likely voters directly, and engage them about their support for Issue 8. Those respondents with questions had the opportunity to learn more from our campaign volunteers. Please note that a campaign fundraiser will take place on Sunday, October 5, 2014 from 12:30 – 3:30 at Murphy’s Ale House in the valley, and the cost is $30 per person.
