GHHS Varsity Basketball Gets Celebrity Attention
At last night's varsity game against Shaw High School, several celebrities were in the stands. Lebron James, Dwayne Wade, and J.R. Smith attended the game to watch the Division I #1 seat players in their home opener. Having professional NBA players such as these come out to their game was an inspiration to the student athletes who played so well last year and who started this year with a 107-52 score. It was also an encouragement to the students sitting in the bleachers, as their presence showed that there are many local celebrities who support our students!
