Middle School Students Participate in SCRUBS Program at CVCC
On Friday, November 10th, a select group of 7th grade boys, along with their Science Teacher, Jon Mockbee, were invited to participate in the Cuyahoga Valley Career Center's SCRUBS program. This annual event is geared toward introducing males to health careers. The students visited several of the CVCC programs and met industry professionals during lunch and breakout sessions. A partial list of presenters included EMT, nurses, x-ray technicians, respiratory therapists, occupational and physical therapists, and laboratory technicians. Click here for pictures from the visit.
