William Foster Students Visit Garfield Heights Senior Citizens

Ambassadors from William Foster Elementary School visited with senior citizens at Garfield Heights Civic Center earlier this week, to share with them why they enjoy being students in the district. Approximately 8 fifth grade students accompanied Principal Sean Patton and Guidance Counselor Jowell Gray on the annual visit with 40 senior citizens. Each student shared with the gathering of senior citizens why they enjoy being students at William Foster Elementary School. Many of the ambassadors shared that teachers were helpful, classes were fun and that they appreciated their principal, Mr. Patton, very much. In all, the senior citizens have come to fondly enjoy this visit by William Foster Elementary students, which has been going on for the past 5 years each September.
