Middle School Brings "Kicked" from the Cleveland Playhouse
On Wednesday and Thursday, April 29th and 30th, the guidance department at the Middle School brought a special presentation to the 6th Grade Team. "Kicked" is a touring play that speaks to the different types of bullying and how it personally affected two Middle School students. The play focused on both verbal and psychological bullying, and how the two students, previously best friends, dealt with the situation.
Attached is a Family Guide that helps you have conversations with your students about bullying: how to prevent bullying, the different forms of bullying, and what to do if your child is being bullied.
The students not only enjoyed the production, but they also came away with lots to think about.
