The Garfield Heights boys basketball team has advance to the FINAL 4 for the entire state of Ohio. The basketball team defeated conference rival Shaker Hts. by a score of 61-53 to secure a trip to Columbus and become one of just four teams left that can still win a state championship.
Garfield Heights will take on Westerville South at 5:15 on Friday 3/27 at The Ohio State University's Jerome Schottenstein Center. Presale tickets can be purchased in the High School's athletic office from 9:00-4:30 on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week and on Thursday from 9:00-3:00. If the boys win on Friday, they will be playing for the State Championship on Saturday at 8:30pm. We are only selling the Friday night tickets. If we win on Friday there will be a ticket booth in the Schottenstein Center just for Garfield Heights fans to buy a ticket for the state finals. Your ticket from Friday is needed in order for a similar ticket to be purchased.
