D’adriana Jackson, 7th grade, and Anthony Hemel, 8th Grade, won the annual "Mayor for a Day" essay contest. Both students did a great job on their essays! On Monday, April 23rd, they will be a Garfield Heights Mayor for a Day! the students will get an opportunity to work alongside Garfield Heights Mayor Vic Collova to gain insight into how the city works and what the Mayor does during his day.
