The combined conference includes eight east side schools - Mentor Ridge, Mentor Shore, Mentor Memorial, Euclid Forest Park, Euclid Central, Garfield Heights, Shaker Heights, and Solon - and seven west side schools - Strongsville Center, Strongsville Albion, Brunswick Willets, Brunswick South, Elyria Northwood, Elyria Westwood, and Elyria Eastern Heights.
