Important Updates

District Communication
March 17, 2020

Hello Bulldog Family,

This is Chris Hanke, Superintendent of Schools. Here is an update for everyone in the school
community:

Þ Due to the overwhelming response for Chromebooks, the technology department
needs time to set up more Chromebooks. We will not be distributing Chromebooks tomorrow.
Þ Chromebook distribution will re-start Thursday at the middle school, from 9 am to noon,
and Friday 9 am to noon
Þ In addition, we will have an evening Chromebook distribution Thursday, at the middle
school, from 5 pm to 7 pm.
Þ Parents, I encourage you to only check out a Chromebook if needed. You are able to
access the work from a regular computer connected to the Internet.
Þ Due to the overwhelming response to our grab and go breakfast and lunch, please be
mindful of keeping your distance from each other of at least 6 feet as you pick up your
food.
Þ We do not have many boxes. If you took a box to carry food, please re-use it.
Þ We encourage parents, if you are picking up multiple lunches to bring your own bags,
boxes and containers to help us distribute the food quickly.
Þ Milk may have a sell buy date that is close or the next day after you get the milk, this is ok, you may consume the milk.
Þ All building principals will be onsite from 9 am to noon tomorrow, Wednesday, at the
middle school to answer school-related questions about packets and online learning.
Þ Please keep an eye on our website and social media for further updates.

Thank you for your patience and flexibility during this health emergency. We will continue
working to serve all of our parents, students, and community.

Stay safe, stay healthy, take care of yourselves and take care of each other.

Sincerely,
Chris Hanke
Superintendent
