Reminders for Final Week of Instruction
The Garfield Heights City Schools reminds all families
regarding a few important updates and key pieces of information during the
final week of the 2019-2020 School Year. First, Kindergarten registration
is taking place this week, by appointment only and parents only, at the Middle
School. Those families with students turning age 5 on or before August
1st should call the District main line at 216-475-8100 to schedule
an appointment to register your son or daughter during this socially distanced,
by-appointment-only opportunity. Next, please be reminded that our
Grab-and-Go school meal program will conclude for the school year this coming
Thursday, May 28th. The GHCS would like to thank the
dedicated members of the food services team who have helped to supply
breakfasts and lunches to families in need.
Finally, please be reminded that all District-issued Chromebooks
and hot spot devices will be turned off at 4 p.m. on Friday, May 29th.
You will be required to return these devices to the buildings during the week
of June 8th. Please direct any questions about these important
reminders to the main office of the Garfield Heights City Schools. Thank you
