Minnesota got itself one of the steals in the state with Willis, whose breakout junior season netted him All-Northeast Lakes District Defensive Player of the Year in Division II. As a senior, he helped the Bulldogs to an undefeated regular season -- their first in 41 years -- with these numbers: 29 tackles for loss, eight sacks and 112 tackles in 12 games.
