The Garfield Heights City Schools has achieved a great deal of
success through its engaged families, staff, and partnerships that focus on
positive outcomes for its students. Looking at data beyond the report card, we
all want our students to have successful futures and you can play a significant
role in helping to shape that future.
The District will be hosting two meetings to develop our vision
for our schools and a set of strategic priorities that will help us achieve
that vision. This is a critical time for us to plan the next five years for the
school district. We value our students, staff, families, partners, stakeholders
who have all contributed to our success and want to ensure that we have broad
and inclusive input into our plan.
This steering committee will meet twice to establish our vision
and key strategies for the next 3-5 years. It will provide invaluable input to
our Board. We have a unique opportunity to further positively impact the way
that children are educated in NE Ohio and encourage you to come and help us
dream big.
