Help needed with Uniforms for transition from Marching to Concert Season

Help is needed with Uniforms to transition from Marching to Concert Season.  Please click here to see the Sign-Up Genius for the dates we will need assistance!    Some jobs at entirely "at-home," so this is a great opportunity to help out if your regular schedule makes it difficult!  If you have any questions, please contact the Band Uniform Mom (BUM), Bethany Moseley at [email protected] 
 
Thursday, November 7
Approx 8:00pm-8:30pm - 2 openings to collect marching band uniforms and hats after Marching Band Showcase

Monday, November 11
2:00pm - 5:00pm - 4 openings to prep Marching Band Uniforms to go to the dry cleaner (empty garment bags, check for uniform damages, note stains & re-shelve hats)
***Additional 6 openings without a time specified for volunteers who can take garment bags home to launder

Monday, November 18
2:00pm - 4:15pm - 3 openings to prep for concert band fittings

Wednesday, November 20
5:00pm - 8:30pm - 1 opening to check students in and collect fees
5:00pm - 8:30pm - 6 openings for Senior, Junior, & Sophomore Fittings
***Additional 4 openings without a time specified for volunteers who can take dresses or Tuxedos home to alter before the first performance on December 16

Thursday, November 21
5:00pm - 8:30pm - 1 opening to check students in and collect fees
5:00pm - 8:30pm - 6 openings for Freshman fittings
***Additional 4 openings without a time specified for volunteers who can take dresses or Tuxedos home to alter before the first performance on December 16

Monday, December 16
1:00pm-2:00pm - @ RBC Bandroom - 4 openings to measure RBC band students for THS Marching Band 

Tuesday, December 17
1:00pm-2:00pm - @ RBC Bandroom - 4 openings to measure RBC band students for THS Marching Band
