For the 5th year, Garfield Heights High School Spanish classes held their Penny Wars. Students donate pennies and other coins and dollars, to sponsor a child in a school in an underdeveloped country. This year's Penny Wars raised $300, enough to send sponsored child Josue to 4th grade! Thank you to everyone who participate and donated to this worthwhile cause.
