On Tuesday, April 19th, members of Garfield Heights High School’s “Students of Promise” visited Walsh University. Along with Michael Douglas, the district’s Diversity Consultant, and their advisor, Roomie Graham, the group was able to tour the campus, meet with students, and also meet with the President of the university. Mr. Douglas, an alumnus of Walsh and Garfield Heights High School was able to organize this trip in order for the students to be exposed to a thriving college environment.
