Superintendent Terry Olszewski Elaborates on Meaningful Partnership with Jennings Hall
Superintendent Terry Olszewski took some time to reflect upon the meaningful relationship that has been created between the Garfield Heights City Schools and Jennings Center for Older Adults during an on-camera interview. Elaborating on the partnership in programming that has been created, Superintendent Olszewski claimed that Jennings represents “Opportunities” for the students of the GHCS, in that students have the unique chances to engage in intergenerational conversations about topics with which they may not be familiar. The interview comes as part of Jennings’ internal marketing campaigns to showcase the very important and mutual relationships that have been formed over the years. Students from the Garfield Heights City Schools have spent time attending meaningful programs, participated in Jennings’ Veterans’ Day program and even taken theater training sessions with Jennings’ residents. All in all, the Garfield Heights City Schools very much enjoys and values the partnership it has with our friends at Jennings Hall.
