This week, Dr. Bobeczko's 5th graders and Ms. D'Agostino's 1st graders are continuing their joint reading of "Charlotte's Web". The pictures seen here show the creation of Character Puppets that will be mounted on popsicle sticks and used during the reading and also as review when retelling the story. Buddies are also working on reading fluency with Great Leaps. Students work together on reading the passage, help with phonics skills, emotion, and speed accuracy. The goal for the end of the year is a "Charlotte's Web" movie viewing and celebration party!
