You are getting your caps and gowns!  May 15th & 18th  there will be a drive- through pick up at Garfield Heights High School.  We will be practicing the CDC guidelines and you will need to remain in your vehicles at all times.  You will need to have your ID with you to pick up your cap and gown.  A Map is included on the last page of this document.

Process:

• Students will arrive at the HS at their scheduled times. Students are asked to bring a photo ID (student ID, State ID)

• When students pull up to the HS they will be asked their name and given their Cap and Gown and graduation info.

• Students will be asked if they have any items to return (books, Chromebooks, instruments, uniforms, concert band folders). They will be asked to pull up to the designated drop-off area. 

• They will be asked if they have any personal items they need in their lockers.

• Staff members will bring out a box with the contents of the locker the student was assigned.

• If a student has items in other students' lockers, it is up to the student to attempt to recover those belongings. 

Safety:

• Please remain in your vehicles at all times.

• No one will be permitted to enter the building.

• After you receive your graduation materials and drop off any items, exit the property as indicated on the map. No one is permitted to stay on property.

• If requesting your locker items you will only receive the contents of the locker assigned, no other student’s locker contents will be available to you.
