lass Ceiling Woman's Leadership Group meets local Author
Ruth Pollack, Author of "Everything I Need To Know I Learned In A Dysfunctional Family" spoke to the Glass Ceiling Group at Garfield Heights High School. Ruth spoke about her life growing up in poverty and abuse. Her message was one of hope and about redesigning your own future. In addition to being a published author, Ruth also runs the Garfield Heights Community Resource Center at Garfield Heights City Hall where she finds much joy helping others. The Glass Ceiling Leadership Group is led by Julie Regula of CVCC and is comprised of 25 high achieving junior and senior female students that meet once a month to discuss topics that are relevant to their future success.
