Thank You to Garfield Heights Middle School Parents for Participation in Literacy Night!
The Garfield Heights City Schools thanks the parents and family members of students at the Middle School who participated in the recently held Literacy Night. In the effort to help stimulate continued family involvement with reading at home, the Middle School hosted this event earlier in the week which brought together hundreds of participants. Parents had the opportunity to learn about enhanced reading habits with their children, and then enjoy a little bit of fun as well. Various educational activities were hosted, complemented by food and drinks for all to enjoy. The Garfield Heights City Schools places a strong emphasis on literacy, and particularly as the District makes its way into testing season, the District formally thanks all who attended.
