Eagle Scout is the highest achievement or rank attainable in the Scouts. Since its inception in 1911, only four percent of Scouts have earned such a rank and is among them. A.J. is currenly the running back at the University of Kentucky. The scouts are offering a summer camp scholarship in the name of A.J. Rose this year.
