We have a Group on www.facebook.com called ‘GHHS Class of 1965 Group’ where information of class events is posted. It’s a relatively new group, but it’s free and the latest in internet social networking sites. Just get an account, it’s free, ‘friend’ me and I’ll send you an invitation to join our group. We also post all the information on Classmates.com. It costs about $30 per year to be a member. Having said all that. Welcome………..

Meet us at ‘The Winking Lizard Tavern’, 6901 Rockside Road in Independence on Friday, June 11, 2010 for a casual mixer. The appetizers are paid for by your reunion event admission. Drinks are on a cash bar basis. We have reserved the banquet room from six-thirty till closing. Entertainment is provided by the bar. Don’t forget your brag books loaded with pictures to share.

Then on Saturday, June 12, 2010, the ‘45th Reunion Celebration’ starts at 6:30 P.M. and concludes at 11:30 P.M. We have reserved Pazzo’s Grand Ballroom, 7874 Broadview Road, Parma, Ohio 44134 for the party. Dress for an informal evening of fun and friendship. Appetizers will be available till dinner, which starts at seven thirty. The serving format is going to be done in stations around the room instead of the traditional buffet or a sit down dinner. Several of our members have been at events of this format and suggested we give it a try. A dinner prayer, a few brief announcements, and a moment to remember our deceased classmates will precede the meal. Then for the rest of the evening, you’re on your own. Drinks are on a cash bar basis. Enjoy yourself by visiting with friends, taking photos, dancing, and remembering all the fun we shared forty-five short years ago.

The admission fee per person is $60. The fee includes the Mixer at the Winking Lizard Tavern and the Class Reunion Party at Pazzo’s Grand Ballroom. Hope you can all attend this special weekend with your GHHS Classmates.

The 30th year class of 1979 high school reunion is scheduled for 6 pm to 11 pm on Saturday night August 29th at the Astorhurst Party Place. The cost of the reunion party is $25 per person and includes a buffet of hamburgers, hot dogs, beans, potato and macaroni salad, pastries, complementary soft drinks, with a cash bar. The class of 1979 golf scramble will be at 1:00 Friday afternoon August 28th at Astorhurst and is open to all classmates, spouses, and children.
