Cap and Gowns
Cap and Gown measurements are due NO later than November 20th. Please go to the google form in your Senior google classroom and fill out all information. 

Senior Pictures
Senior Pictures are due to Mr. Pavelek December 4, 2020. Please look in your Senior google classroom for specifics.

Senior Class of 2021 Online Fundraiser  
Money earned from this Fundraiser will go towards your Prom ticket! The more you sell the more you receive off of you Prom Ticket. Sell 25 items and you will Your Prom is FREE!
Sell dates: March 15 - March 29th, 2021


Local Scholarships
Local Scholarships will be available in your Class of 2021 via Google Classroom beginning February 1st, 2021. They are due by 3:00 p.m. February 19, 2021. Remember the applications for the Local Scholarships are available in the Class of 2021 through google classroom.


Prom
The link is now live to purchase prom tickets!!

To purchase YOUR ticket, please use your student ID number!
To purchase your GUEST ticket, please enter your student ID number followed by 21

Remember your student ID can be found on your ProgressBook!

Tickets will be purchased via a link sent to student emails on April 30th, using their student ID numbers, which can be accessed on ProgressBook. Tickets are first come first serve and will be on sale until we sell out. Each student will be able to purchase one ticket for themselves and one ticket for a guest. No guests over 20 years of age.No Middle School students. A Dance Guest Permission form (attached) must be filled out and returned to the main office by May 17th if your guest is NOT a GHHS student. 
Details - This is a Formal Prom including dinner, dancing, and a photo booth.  MASKS ARE REQUIRED. Masks may only be removed while actively eating and drinking. If a guest must be removed for refusing to wear a mast, there will be NO refund. 



Graduation

Hello Class of 2021 and families! 

We wanted to give you an important update about tickets for the 2021 Graduation ceremony at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse!

Graduation: June 3, 2021

Doors open at 6pm (Graduates must arrive by 6:30pm)

Ceremony at 7pm sharp!

PLEASE DO NOT CALL ROCKET MORTGAGE FIELDHOUSE ABOUT GRADUATION TICKETS! 

All ticketing information will be released from GHHS Administration ONLY!

The ticket process will be as follows:

  • Link will be distributed to schools with SPECIFIC Student Codes for each graduate

  • Students will claim their General Admission Floor ticket using Student Code

  • Spectators will use their student’s Code to claim their specified number of seats for the Arena Bowl and when the max number of tickets have been claimed for that Student Code, the Student Code will automatically be deactivated.

  • There will be no extra tickets available. Max number of tickets has yet to be determined! Tickets are non transferable. 

 

 

***Everyone requires a ticket - students, spectators and faculty. 

Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but the child must sit on the adults lap.

Seating locations will all be first come first serve, there will be ADA seating available. Each graduate will be guaranteed the same number of tickets.

Student Codes will be released once your student has completed their Senior Obligations and has been confirmed through our Guidance Office! Student fees must be paid in full before tickets will be released. 

*** Masks and social distancing will be required for all participants and spectators. 

There will be a MANDATORY Graduation Practice in the morning of June 3rd at the High School. If you do not attend practice, you will NOT be permitted to walk in the evening ceremony! 

Cap and gown distribution will be on May 26th, information regarding specific times will follow in a later email. You will be allowed to decorate your cap, although it is not mandatory that you decorate it. Please make sure that if you decorate your cap your decorations are school appropriate. 

If your parent/guardian did not receive this same email, please have them call the main office (216) 662-2800 and update the email address we have on file!
