Students at Garfield Heights High School are working hard in class to help advance an important cause in Northeast Ohio, thanks to our partners and collaborators at the Maltz Museum. In an effort to Stop the Hate, students in the English Language Arts class instructed by Mr. Chamberlin are writing stories and composing poetry that deal with discrimination and social injustice. The Maltz Museum generously sent ambassadors who know the program’s intentions well, to help instruct and guide our Garfield Heights High School students. Essays and poems that are written will be submitted to the Maltz Museum and evaluated in the spring of 2025, where winners in a variety of categories will be awarded. Congratulations Bulldogs, in your efforts to Stop the Hate!
