Garfield Heights Students Get Hands-On Experience at Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital’s Exploration Day
Garfield Heights, OH – The College and Career Readiness Office recently provided an exciting opportunity for Garfield Heights students to explore the world of veterinary medicine through an exclusive Exploration Day at Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital. Held at the hospital’s state-of-the-art Animal ER facility, the event allowed students to experience firsthand the demands and rewards of a veterinary career path.
During the event, students toured the Animal ER, participated in interactive games and activities, and learned about various specialties in veterinary medicine. The hands-on experience offered a unique chance to discover the vast career possibilities in veterinary care, from emergency medicine to specialized treatment for exotic animals.
