Over the weekend, Music Express kicked off its competition season by performing at the Findlay Fest Show Choir Competition at Findlay High School.  The lineup was packed with some of the best groups from Ohio and Indiana.  Express placed 1st in the small group division and 5th out of 16 overall, securing a spot to perform in the evening finals round.  They won the award for BEST SET and Oliver Boyette won BEST MALE SOLOIST for his opening solo in Princes Of The Universe.  Dartagnan Perry was chosen as Garfield's most dynamic performer.  In the evening round, Express placed 6th overall.  It was a great start to the season.
