For 2021-2022 the Garfield Heights City Schools has once again been recognized by the Ohio Department of Education as a PBIS District. (PBIS is Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) In addition to the district award, all three elementary schools, Elmwood, Maple Leaf, and William Foster earned the gold rating, while the High School and Middle School earned a bronze rating.
Each year the district continues to work hard to provide our students with the support they need both academically and with social and emotional needs. Congratulations to the staff and students in each of our buildings for all of the hard work and effort they put into earning state recognition.
