The Metropolitan Alliance of Black School Educators held their annual Juneteenth awards virtually. A number of our students and an educator won awards. Last evening, awards were passed out, and Devlin Pope, our band director, received an award for his "commitment and dedication to educating the whole child." Congratulations to Mr. Pope and all award recipients.
