District Virtual Townhall Meeting

On Friday, August 7, 2020 at 6 pm, Garfield Heights City Schools will be hosting a Town Hall meeting featuring Garfield Heights administrators and other personnel. Mr. Hanke and the team will be taking questions from the community about remote learning, Bulldog Digital Academy and any other questions about school in the fall. There will be a link to join the meeting on the website, and an email address to email questions to.

This virtual online learning academy will serve students who need an alternative to the
traditional in-person school day, or who are better served working at their own pace.  REGISTRATION DEADLINE is August 12th.

Effective Immediately All Extracurricular Activities Cancelled
Based on guidance and recommendations from the Cuyahoga County Board of Health, effective immediately, the Garfield Heights City Schools suspends all extra-curricular activities including but not limited to all sports and band activities. The Garfield Heights City Schools is committed to the health, safety, and welfare of all students and staff. All indoor and outdoor athletic facilities will be closed until further notice. We will update the school community as additional information becomes available.

Please put the Chromebook in a bag with your child's name on it, and return it to the Board of Education office at 5640 Briarcliff Drive, Building A. Collection is Monday through Wednesday from 8 am to 2 pm. Thanks!
