The Board of Education is holding a special meeting on Monday,

of considering and voting upon a resolution to amend the contract of
employment of the Interim Superintendent and to adopt and approve
the contract of employment of an Administrator, Dr. Edward Kosek.
The Board will also meet at the above time and location for the
purpose of considering and voting upon a Shared Services
Agreement with Shared Service Alliance relative to fiscal support and
grants management as well as a School Transportation Service
Contract with Smartride Global Services LLC dba SR Trans relative
to school transportation services. In addition, the Board will meet at
the above time and location for the purpose of considering and voting
upon a resolution to terminate the employment and all employment
contracts of the Family and Engagement Coordinator, Ms. Denise
Johnson, pursuant to and in accordance with Ohio Revised Code
3319.081. The Board will hold an executive session to consider the
investigation of charges or complaints against public employees,
officials, licensees, or regulated individuals pursuant to Ohio Revised
Code 121.22(G)(1).
