The Garfield Heights City Schools will host a State of the Schools forum and building tour of the Middle School at the building on Tuesday, February 7th from 6 – 7 p.m. The State of the Schools will also consist of a Campaign Kick-Off for the upcoming joint bond issue and permanent improvement levy that will appear on the May 2nd, 2023 ballot. A PowerPoint presentation will inform participants about some of the milestone accomplishments during the first part of the year. From there, the state of the facilities requiring significant attention will be summarized in detail, along with the mechanics of the upcoming joint bond issue and permanent improvement levy. A tour of the Middle School areas-of-concern will conclude the time together. Bond Issue and permanent improvement levy materials will be available during the presentation as well. Please plan on attending the State of the Schools/Building Tour and campaign kick-off event on Tuesday, February 7th, 2023 from 6 until 7 p.m. at Garfield Heights Middle School.
