Sadly, the quarantine rules made having the Prom we had planned for you impossible. After talking with the Senior class officers we have decided to offer a Virtual Prom. I know that is not what you wanted, but this is what we are able to do. We wanted to give you an opportunity to celebrate, virtually with your classmates. Please join us on Friday, May 29th from 8-10 pm on Twitch hosted by Garfield Heights alumnus Kyle Macon. A link to the Virtual prom will be posted to the website on Friday the 29th. Get dressed up in Your prom attire, cap and gown, or bulldog gear to celebrate the end of your HS career, virtually and socially distancing of course! Take a picture and send it to [email protected] We will compile the school appropriate pictures into a slide show and put it on the HS website.
I look forward to seeing everyone at their designated times for our graduation on the 26th,27th and 28th. Make sure you review the procedures on the GHHS Graduation Procedure - What you need to know! Sheet that is in your envelope you received when you picked up your cap and gown. There is also a copy on the High School website. Remember you may only have 1 car per graduate and the graduate must be in that car. Don’t forget to take your gown out of the bag, if you haven’t already done so. Follow the directions on the bag as to how to remove the wrinkles. Just a reminder we will be live streaming graduation each day, check the HS website for the links to the live stream.
