Parent University is a program designed to engage parents in their children's education by providing them with the knowledge, resources, and skills they need to support their child's academic and personal development. This program aims to offer workshops, classes, and seminars on various topics, such as understanding the school curriculum, helping with homework, career exploration, college and career readiness, and promoting positive behavior at home. Through this program, families have the opportunity to communicate their individual needs to the district. By empowering parents through education, Parent Universities aim to strengthen the home-school connection, fostering an environment where students can thrive both academically and emotionally.
