The Garfield Heights Preschool Half Day Program serves typically developing children ages four to five, in addition to children with special needs ages three to five, who demonstrate developmental delays or disabilities in:
- language development
- motor skills
- cognitive areas
- behavioral/emotional growth
- adaptive behaviors
A major component of the program is the integration of children with special needs with typically-developing children. Opportunities for interaction are developed for the benefit of all children.
