The Garfield Heights City Schools is participating in the Seamless Summer Option (SSO) during the 2024-2025 school year.  Under this option, all children in the Garfield Heights City Schools will receive a breakfast and lunch at no charge and without any application.  

However, to determine eligibility for various additional state and federal program benefits that your child's school may qualify for, use the link below to open the Household Information Survey.  Please complete and sign the survey and return it to your child's school building. Completed forms can also be emailed to [email protected]

Completing this survey will not impact Seamless Summer Option meals in any way.
