As a way to help facilitate a stronger partnership between the school district and home, Garfield Heights Middle School will host a Family Engagement Night this Thursday, January 29, 2015 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM.
This engagement night is open to all parents who have students at the Middle School, and comes as a result of the positive turnout from a similar event which was held this past fall. This forum will provide parents the opportunity to ask questions, receive information and obtain general information and building updates from staff at the Middle School. The event will be highlighted by special guest speaker Michael Douglas from Diversity Initiatives, who will help to facilitate the conversation between parents and staff members.
If you have a son or daughter at the Garfield Heights Middle School, please plan to attend the Family Engagement Night this Thursday at 6:00 PM.
