Student activities are those clubs, organizations, and groups which provide new learning experiences, enhance school morale, encourage self-discipline, contribute to the broad objectives of education, and enrich the overall school program.
In addition to providing a group experience, Student activities help meet the personal needs of individual students. Participation in these activities helps to develop leadership traits, furthers a vocational interests, creates an awareness of civic responsibility, provides opportunities of service to others, affords a variety of human relationships, and helps to develop worthy personality traits-poise, self-esteem, etc.
We encourage every student to participate in one or more of these activities. Becoming involved in school activities should become an important and integral part of your total school program.
